Holiday Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Coach Outlet purchase—especially during the holiday season. If you are not satisfied, purchases made starting on 10/1/21 can be returned through Monday, 1/17/22. Please return it to us by mail or to a Coach Outlet store by 1/17/22 for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.) Items that have been personalized or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned.


Purchases made via PayPal, Klarna, or other third-party payment processors may be returned by mail for a refund to the original account or to a Coach Outlet store for store credit.


Return by Mail:

  • Ship your new and unused item(s) via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx) to the following address:

  • Note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Prepaid return labels are not available for Coach Outlet purchases.
  • Once your return is received, it could take up to 12-14 days for it to be processed.
  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
  • Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive a Coach Merchandise Card.

  • PLEASE NOTE Orders placed before September 8, 2021 cannot be returned using our online system.
