WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY SIGN-IN INFORMATION?

HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS CHOSEN FOR EACH SALE?
Our merchants pick from all of our outlet products, offering you many of our newest and best-selling styles. Best of all, since you are shopping directly with Coach, you are guaranteed to be buying genuine authentic Coach products.
HOW OFTEN ARE SALES HELD?
There is no regular cadence for Coach Outlet Online events and we do not guarantee there will be future events. So, make certain we have your e-mail and check for communication from us often!
HOW LONG DOES EACH SALE LAST?
Sales last as long as the offer for that particular event communicates. All merchandise is available at the beginning of a sale and lasts until it sells out.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I PURCHASE?
Quantities are limited and available while supplies last. There is a 10 unit restriction per customer per event (max of 5 signature and 5 leather items).
Please review your information carefully, as we will not be able to make changes to your order.
In addition to these event limitations, Coach may also place a limit on volume purchases over an extended period of time. This is necessary to ensure that all of our customers have a fair and even chance of obtaining great quality and value in all sales to which they are invited. This quota is at Coach's discretion and may vary from time to time. In order to protect our brand and ensure the provision of excellent after-sales service, Coach reserves the right to cancel any order placed by individuals who Coach has reason to believe are reselling Coach merchandise through unauthorized channels.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP IN A COACH STORE?
No. We do not offer in-store pick up for Coach Outlet Online orders. However, you can contact an Outlet Store to make a purchase directly from that store. Click here to find a store near you.
CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
Gift packaging is currently unavailable.
WILL AN EGIFT CARD PURCHASE OR SALES TAX COUNT TOWARDS MY FREE SHIPPING QUOTA?
To be eligible for free shipping you must meet the threshold with your merchandise subtotal. This does not include eGift Card purchases or sales tax.
HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED?
The sales tax quoted at time of checkout is an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes based on your local tax rates.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
CoachOutlet.com is currently accepting orders using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, PayPal and Coach Gift Cards. We currently cannot accept international credit cards, merchandise credits or checks.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?
Coach Outlet Online accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.
WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped within the Continental US, in addition to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Estimated time includes processing and shipping for Continental US only.

COACH REPAIR POLICY
Coach products are handcrafted from the finest materials to ensure satisfaction and service. We offer a one year warranty on our handbags, briefcases and small leather goods. For any manufacturing defects within this warranty time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty period, we offer repair services at set fees. We invite you to bring your item into one of our Coach Retail stores (click here for locations) for a repair assessment. If unable to visit a Coach store, you may ship your item to Coach for repair assessment. We recommend shipping by insured traceable means, such as UPS or insured mail. Please send to:

Please include a note with your address, daytime phone number, email address and specifics about the requested repair or use our Repair Service Request Form, which you can print out and send to Coach along with your repair item.
Coach sunglasses are protected from the date of purchase by a Coach Sunglass two-year limited warranty. If the Sunglasses prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first two (2) years, we will repair or replace the Coach Sunglasses.
For Sunglass repairs on product outside the two-year warranty or damage other than quality, the manufacture, Luxottica, may offer repairs for a fee. Complete the Sunglass Repair Service Request form and email the completed form with a scanned copy of the receipt to Coachstoreservice@luxotticaretail.com. Including photos of the sunglasses will help Luxottica assess the nature of the repair and parts required. Once evaluated, Luxottica may request your Sunglasses be sent to their repairs department address, listed on the form. A non-refundable processing fee of $12.50 will be applied for each pair of sunglasses. Completed repairs can only be shipped to a US shipping address. Coach timepieces are protected from the date of purchase by a Coach Watch Two-year limited warranty. Watches must be purchased from an Authorized Coach Watch Dealer, as evidenced by a valid warranty card and proof of purchase. In the event of any defect (within the first Two years) in material or workmanship to the watch movement or flaking and peeling, send the timepiece to the address listed below and include a Watch Repair Service Request form.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE A COACH ITEM REPAIRED?
Our repair process for Coach items shipped to us from within the United States takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your product. Repair items shipped to us from Canada takes six to eight weeks from the time we receive your product.
THE TURNLOCK CLOSURE ON MY HANDBAG NEEDS REPLACING. IS THAT SOMETHING I CAN DO MYSELF?

CAN I SEND MY BAG TO COACH FOR CLEANING?
While we do not offer a cleaner or refurbishing service, we do offer Coach Product Care (Leather Cleaner, Leather Moisturizer and Fabric Cleaner) to be used on many of our products. Please refer to the Product Care Card that you received with your item or call 1-800-444-3611 with any questions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 60 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange. Coach Outlet merchandise may be returned by mail or to a Coach Outlet store. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
New, unused Outlet merchandise may be exchanged or returned at any Coach Outlet Store with an original Coach receipt or mail order packing invoice.
New, unused Outlet merchandise may be returned for merchandise credit with a gift receipt.
New, unused Outlet merchandise may be returned to a Full Price store with an original Coach receipt or mail order packing invoice for a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will receive merchandise credit.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
New, unused Outlet merchandise paid for with PayPal must be returned to our Returns Department in Jacksonville, FL for a refund to the original PayPal account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer PayPal refunds for in-store returns. All in-store returns of merchandise purchased with PayPal will receive merchandise credit.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
